Deposit and Cancellation Policy

For groups of 12 or more for the entire season:

Golf

  • Full green fees due in their entirety within 14 days of receipt of the contract.
  • Cancellations for golf inside of 21 days of arrival are subject to full green fee per player.
  • There is a $100 Event Service Fee for groups of 16 or more.

Lodging

  • Amount for lodging due in its entirety within 14 days of receipt of the contract.
  • Cancellations for lodging inside of 30 days of arrival are subject to the full lodging charge.
  • There is a $100 Event Service Fee for groups of 16 or more.

Groups of 11 people or less:

May 10 – September 19 & September 24 – October 17:

Golf Only:

  • Credit card required at the time of the reservation.
  • 7-day cancellation period.
  • Cancellations inside of 7 days are subject to full green fee cancellation fee per player (based on time of the year).

Rooms and Golf:

  • First night’s stay collected as a deposit at the time of the reservation.
  • 30 day cancellation period for rooms, prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellations inside of 30 days are subject to 100% deposit cancellation fee.

September 20 – 26: Ryder Cup Week

Golf Only:

  • Reservation becomes defined as a contract and guest has 7 days to pay in full for their tee time reservation (green fees) or reservation will be released.
  • Credit card required at the time of the reservation.
  • Can cancel ONLY before July 1st for full refund.
  • Cancellations after July 2nd are non-refundable.

Rooms and Golf:

  • Reservation becomes defined as a contract and guest has 7 days to pay in full for their lodging and tee time reservation or reservation will be released.
  • Credit card required at the time of the reservation.
  • $80 per person food and beverage deposit required. (Paid for at contract due date.)
