Erin Hills is walking only. We highly recommend using one of our professional caddies or you may decide to carry your own clubs. Outside caddies and pull-carts are not allowed.

As a general rule, Erin Hills is a walking-only facility. All requests for limited use of a designated golf cart must be made through Head Professional Jim Lombardo ([email protected]).

Yes. We are proud to offer the latest equipment from TaylorMade – they are available for $85 per round.  

No. Groups of five are not permitted.

Erin Hills’ management believes that our guests should experience the entire golf course and therefore does not offer twilight tee times.

Erin Hills offers locker rooms for men and women with complimentary showers and amenities.

Please plan on a four hour and fifty-five minute round of golf.

No. Erin Hills is a public course with no memberships.

Our address is 7169 County Road O, Hartford, WI, 53027. Please see Directions for specifics. Erin Hills is located 35 minutes northwest of downtown Milwaukee and 50 minutes from the Milwaukee airport. The golf course is 2 hours from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, one hour east of Madison, and 80 minutes southwest of Kohler.

Hartford Airport (HXF), located 15 minutes from Erin Hills, has a 3,000’ runway. Waukesha Airport (KUES), located 25 minutes from Erin Hills, has a 5848’ runway. General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is located 50 minutes from Erin Hills and is serviced by most major airlines. Yes, securing your clubs overnight is a complimentary service.

Washington County Golf Course, an Arthur Hills championship design, is located in Hartford, 15 minutes from Erin Hills.

We do not, however Lotus Be Well in Hartford does offer spa and wellness offerings.

Our dining room opens at 6:00am, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Carry-on food and beverages are prohibited.

To ensure that guests receive the full attention of our staff, our dining facilities can accommodate only those who have a tee time or lodging reservation.

Yes! The Lodge offers 11 rooms and suites: 7 single rooms, 1 double room, 2 two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites, and 1 three-bedroom suite with four beds and three bathrooms. There are also 5 cottages, each with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Hotels may be found in Hartford, Delafield, and Oconomowoc, which are all located within 20 minutes of the golf course.

The Clubhouse features two Board Rooms that include a flat-screen monitor/television and internet connection. The rooms can also accommodate private parties. In addition, there is one private dining room in the Lodge. Each can accommodate up to 18 for dinner. For more information on Group/Corporate Events, please contact our Event Coordinator.

Lotus Be Well

• Mask optional for fully-vaccinated guests.
• Consistent and frequent rounds of enhanced cleaning and sanitization will be performed on an ongoing basis by staff members.
• Lockers will be cleaned after each use.
• On Course restrooms will be cleaned consistently and frequently throughout the day.

Our dress code policy states “Players shall present a neat appearance in both clothing and personal grooming. Clothing worn by guests should be consistent with currently accepted golf fashion.” The management of Erin Hills reserves the right to interpret this regulation. Acceptable golf shirts at Erin Hills must have a collar, either a traditional fold-down, a raised crew neck, or mock turtleneck collar that clearly differentiates it from a tee shirt. No denim of any kind is allowed. Shorts must be Bermuda length. No gym shorts are allowed. No halter-tops are allowed. Metal spikes are not allowed. Cargo shorts, cargo pants or tennis shoes are not preferred. Baseball cap style hats must be worn in the traditional fashion with the bill facing forward.

If poor weather forces a player off the course, Erin Hills will issue a pro-rated rain check.

If you choose not to play your round due to inclement weather, you will need to check with the Golf Shop directly. Weather cancellations will be accepted only on the scheduled day of play. During inclement weather conditions, pro-rated rain check voucher cards will be charged and issued based on the number of holes completed. Rain check voucher cards are redeemable for future golf or Golf Shop purchases only. A rain check voucher card is good for (2) years and is transferrable.
