Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Groups of 12 or more:

May 10 – October 13, 2024:

Golf

• 100% of green fees & caddie fees, including tax.
• Deposit is due 14 days after contract is sent out.
• Deposit is non-refundable 21 days prior to arrival for golf.

Lodging

• Deposit due at time of booking is $300 per lodge room booked or $1,600 per cottage.
• When rates are finalized, in the fall of 2022 the contract will be sent to you.
• Remaining payment is 100% of lodging, 100% of green fees, including tax.
• Deposit is due 14 days after contract is sent out.
• Deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival for golf and lodging.

Groups of 11 people or less:

May 10 – October 13, 2024:

Golf Only:

• Credit card required at the time of the reservation.
• 7-day cancellation period.
• Cancellations inside of 7 days are subject to full green fee cancellation fee per player (based on time of the year).

Rooms and Golf:

• A fixed Deposit amount per bed taken at time of booking. ($300/lodge bed and $1,600/cottage)
• 30 day cancellation period for rooms, prior to arrival date.
• 7-day cancellation period for green fees.
• Cancellations inside of 7 days are subject to full green fee cancellation fee per player (based on time of the year).
